2. Beta Service Disclaimer

Victor AI is currently in beta testing. By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The Service is experimental and may contain bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities
• Features may be added, modified, or removed without prior notice
• Service availability and performance are not guaranteed
• Data loss or corruption may occur
• The Service may be discontinued at any time without notice

3. No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND THOSE ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
• SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR DOWNTIME
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA
• DAMAGES EXCEEDING $100 USD IN THE AGGREGATE

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Not use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Report any security vulnerabilities or bugs you discover
• Not rely on the Service for critical educational or business functions during the beta period

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. During the beta period, we may collect additional diagnostic and usage data to improve the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Victor AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Canvas LMS Integration

Victor AI integrates with Canvas LMS. By using this integration, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization to access Canvas data
• You must comply with your institution's Canvas usage policies
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Instructure, Inc. (Canvas)
• Canvas integration features may be limited or unavailable during beta testing

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. During the beta period, the Service may be discontinued at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
